EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Toybox games hold the full satisfaction of its customers. We undertake to exchange, give store credit or make a refund for any product provided that it is in its original packaging and is accompanied by a proof of purchase, within 30 days of the date of purchase, under the following conditions:
The article must be in its original packaging, not opened and returned to new condition.
All products to handle, accessories for hair, toys, puppets as well as cushions are final sales
For Lego, Playmobil and Ravensburger products, it is important to contact the companies (Lego, Playmobil and Ravensburger) for any missing products and parts.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your exchange request.
If your application is approved, then a new article will be sent to you. In case this item is no longer available, you will receive a credit note in store or a gift card of equal value to your purchase
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and send us your article at: 221b, Rise of the Pioneers, Terrebonne, Québec, J6V 1H4

It will be your responsibility to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your traded product may vary.
If you ship an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or subscribe to delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
